- Contact form data you submit: name, email address, optional company name, inquiry type, and message content.
- Email correspondence if you write to our published addresses (for example hello@, support@, or legal@).
- Website analytics: anonymised usage data via Umami Analytics (page views, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and country derived from IP). Umami does not use cookies on this site and does not store IP addresses in its standard processing.
This website does not use advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or marketing cookies.
How we use information and lawful bases
Under UK GDPR, we process personal data on these bases:
- Contact and service inquiries: to respond to your message and take steps toward a possible engagement (legitimate interests, and where relevant steps prior to entering a contract).
- Business records: to keep records needed for accounting, legal compliance, and dispute handling (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
- Website analytics: to understand traffic and improve the site (legitimate interests in operating and improving a public website).
Service providers
We do not sell personal information. We use providers only as needed to run the site and handle inquiries:

- Contact form and related emails: kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and ordinary business follow-up, then deleted or archived when no longer required (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for a live engagement or legal obligation).
- Analytics: retained according to our Umami Cloud workspace settings for site-improvement reporting.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small UK company website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
