These terms govern your use of the Almanogram puzzle game, made by MgonnacrushT Limited (company number 16877439, England and Wales; registered office: Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London, N1 3FY, United Kingdom). By installing or using the game, you agree to them.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Almanogram on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, its puzzles or its artwork, except where the law allows it.
- Do not interfere with the app, our servers or other players' use of the game.
Content and intellectual property
The game, its puzzles, illustrations, name and branding belong to MgonnacrushT Limited or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed in the app under Settings > About > Licenses.
Price, ads and purchases
The current version is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If a later version adds them, the terms for them will be shown before you pay or agree, and purchases through Google Play follow Google Play's rules and refund policies.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We cannot restore progress lost by clearing the app's data, uninstalling the app or changing devices.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any part of it. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or in the update notes before it applies. If you do not agree with updated terms, you can stop using the game and uninstall it.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
